FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about AI strategy, implementation and compliance.
Not necessarily. As part of the data & AI readiness assessment, we first check which data sources are already usable and where gaps exist. Many use cases can be piloted with existing systems and targeted adjustments — a complete data infrastructure is usually only required once you scale. This way you avoid upfront technology investments that later turn out to be the wrong size.
Depending on complexity, we typically see 6 to 12 weeks from potential analysis to the first pilot. The AI roadmap itself is usually ready after 2 to 3 weeks, followed by a prioritised use case as a pilot deployment. We deliberately favour small, measurable steps over big-bang projects so you see real value quickly.
Costs depend on scope and maturity level — from a focused potential analysis to full implementation support. In the free 30-minute initial consultation, we provide a transparent cost estimate based on your concrete use cases. Many mid-sized companies start with a clearly scoped pilot to make investment and value directly comparable.
The EU AI Act classifies AI systems by risk level and sets different requirements for transparency, documentation and human oversight depending on the intended use. We assess early which risk category your planned use case falls into and build the necessary compliance measures directly into the implementation — instead of retrofitting them later. This avoids costly rework and legal uncertainty.
In our experience, AI shifts tasks rather than replacing jobs — repetitive work gets automated while value-adding tasks stay with people. What matters is proper support: without change management and training, uncertainty and resistance build up in the team. That's why enablement is a core part of our AI projects, not an afterthought.
