Many use cases can be piloted with existing systems and targeted adjustments — a complete data infrastructure is usually only required once you scale. Depending on complexity, we typically see 6 to 12 weeks from potential analysis to the first pilot. The AI roadmap itself is usually ready after 2 to 3 weeks, followed by a prioritised use case as a pilot deployment.
