We don't deliver slide decks — we deliver a roadmap with milestones, resource planning and defined KPIs that is actually implementable. Our strategies are developed in dialogue between IT and business units rather than on a drawing board, so technology decisions genuinely support the business strategy. And because we come from an IT practice background, we assess architecture and make-or-buy questions on solid technical grounds, not purely from a business-management angle.
